On Mother’s Day, First Congregational UCC honored one of its very own Super-Moms: Ollie Stevens. As the mother of nine children, Ollie has long been known as a legendary mom who is full of care and love not only for her own children but for others as well. During the children’s sermon, we celebrated her by giving her a personalized cookie jar. Among many other things, Ollie is known for having an outstanding ministry of cookies. She always has a fresh batch of cookies at her house that she is ready to give to her children and guests.
