This Sunday the theme for our 10 am worship service is “Family Blessings.” The choir will sing an East African folk song entitled “Asante Sana Yesu” (We Thank You Jesus). The sermon is entitled “Two Kidnappers Debate God.” It will wrestle with the question of whether it is okay to give thanks to God for the food on one’s table when there are other people who go hungry.
